Once registered, you will start earning points from your very first purchase. It’s that easy!
Our loyalty program consists of three tiers:
White Tier:
Upon registration, you will be part of the White Tier. In this tier, you will earn 1 point for every 1 SAR spent in our boutiques.
Gold Tier:
Once you spend SAR 10,000 within a year, you will be automatically upgraded to the Gold Tier. In this tier, you will earn double the points! That means you’ll accumulate points even faster to redeem for more stunning arrangements.
Black Tier:
Our highest and most exclusive tier is the Black Tier. You’ll reach this prestigious level by spending SAR 50,000 in a year. As a Black Tier member, you’ll enjoy exceptional benefits, including:
- Complimentary delivery for any order above SAR 400 within Riyadh.
- Priority access to our new collections and limited edition products, ensuring you never miss out on the most captivating arrangements.
- 15% off the retail prices of long-life roses, allowing you to fill your surroundings with even more elegance and beauty.
Redeeming your points:
Redemption of points is a very simple process. You can redeem SAR 1 for every 50 points earned. For example:
- A White Tier member who has spent SAR 5,000 would have accumulated 5,000 points and can use them to redeem SAR 50.
- A Gold Tier member who has spent SAR 5,000 would have accumulated 10,000 points and can use them to redeem SAR 100.
- A Black Tier member who has spent SAR 5,000 would have accumulated 15,000 points and can use them to redeem SAR 150.
To redeem your points, all you need to do is provide us with your mobile phone number, and our team will assist you in applying your points towards your purchase.
Expiration of points:
Points earned will expire two years after they are earned, so be sure to make the most of your rewards!
